3 Healthy Fast Food Recipes in Less Than 10 Minutes

Yogurt, granola and fruit is a quick and healthy meals.Sometimes I wonder if the concept of fast food – what we in North America consider to be fast food – is really so fast. After the last indoor game of the season, I treated my daughter to a famous fast food restaurant and the drive-thru line took me 20 minutes to order. I still had to wait to pay and get my food. The whole experience took 30 minutes just to grab a burger and fries. So much for fast food!

I know I could have made something quicker at home, if we had gone straight there. Not only would it have saved time, it would also have saved money, and it definitely would have been healthier.

So, next time you are considering running to grab some “fast” food, think of what you might have on-hand at home that you could have in about 5 to 10 minutes.
