Ongoing Sinus Support

Manage Ongoing Sinus Symptoms

Establish new habits and eliminate your chronic sinus condition with these daily preventative practices:

• Sleep at least 7-8 hours.
• Drink lots of water (at least ½ oz per lb of body weight).
• Avoid sugar, dairy, gluten grains and red meat.
• Walk briskly at least 20-30 minutes each day.
